Please join the Cooper Estates Civic Club for the Annual Halloween Carnival on Saturday, October 26th at 4 p.m. down at the landing! There will be a bouncy castle/slide, carnival games, treat bags, costumes and a chance to visit with your neighbors. CECC will provide pizza, nuggets, water, and lemonade for all.
