I understand that if I do not abide to the following conditions I will forfeit my security deposit. *

I have read the CECC Rules & Regulations and agree to abide by them. *

I understand I am responsible for the conduct of my guests & I am required to ask any guest to leave immediately if they break any CECC rules. If they will not leave I will contact a CECC Officer and/or the MPPD. *

The CECC member or other member living at the address listed above will be present for the entire event. *

The CECC member or a member living at the address listed above who will be present is 21 years of age or older. *

If Alcohol will be consumed at this event, the CECC Member present will be 25 years of age or older. *

I understand that that the gate WILL NOT be locked open on Fri, Sat & Sun from Mem. Day to Labor Day. If locked open at other times, it will be no earlier than one hour before and closed two hours after my event begins . (IF THE GATE IS OPENED... AT NO TIME CAN THE LANDING BE LEFT UNOCCUPIED. A CURRENT CECC MEMBER OR OTHER ADULT APPOINTED BY YOU MIST BE PRESENT TO MONITOR UNAUTHORIZED VEHICLES) *

I understand that I must contact a CECC Officer and report any damage or excessive trash present befor e my event begins and/or document it so I am not held responsible and/or forfeit my security deposit. *

I understand that THE CENTER PARKING AREA MUST BE LEFT OPEN for CECC Members to access and park their vehicles and boat trailers during my event. My guests must not block any part of the roadway or ramp. *

I understand that the landing must be cleaned up by the start time for the next reservation OR 12 Noon of the following day (whichever comes first). This includes but is not limited to cigarette butts, bottles, cans and other trash , but also includes oyster shells and overflowing trash cans; any excess trash must be taken home by me. *
